Romantic Valentine's Day cocktails
Celebrate Valentine's Day in style this year —whip up a scrumptious and sweet cocktail or two for you and your beau (or your bestie, your roommate, or just yourself!). Need some inspiration? Here are the five best Valentine's Day cocktails to sip on:
1. Chocolate martini
This cocktail is the perfect post-dinner treat, combining boozy and sweet. This recipe serves two.
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces Baileys
- 4 ounces chocolate liqueur
- 4 ounces vodka
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Directions:
- Pour the chocolate syrup onto a plate
- Dip the rim of two martini glasses into the chocolate syrup to coat rims
- Drizzle the inside of each glass with chocolate syrup
- In a large cocktail shaker, combine the Baileys, chocolate liqueur, and vodka
- Fill with ice and shake for 30 seconds
- Divide evenly between the two glasses
- Serve

Ingredients:
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce peach schnapps
- 2 ounces orange juice
- 2 ounces cranberry juice
- Orange wedge
Directions:
- Fill a glass with ice and add vodka, peach schnapps, and orange juice
- Pour cranberry juice over the mixture
- Garnish with an orange wedge

3. Champagne margarita
This cocktail is a fun, bubbly twist on a traditional margarita. This recipe serves six.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
