Ingredients: 

2 ounces non-alcoholic tequila, 1 ounce honey syrup, 1 ounce lime juice.

Directions: 

Combine in shaker, shake with ice, strain, and garnish with lime wedge.

3. Bee’s Knees

Ingredients: 

2 ounces gin, 1 ounce lemonade, 1 ounce honey syrup, 5 sprigs thyme.

Directions: 

Muddle thyme, add gin, lemonade, honey syrup, shake, strain, and garnish with thyme.

4. Cucumber Aloe Cooler

Ingredients: 

1.5 ounces non-alcoholic gin, 2 ounces aloe vera juice, 1 ounce simple syrup, 3 slices cucumber, Fresh lime juice.

Directions: 

Muddle cucumber and syrup, add other ingredients, shake, strain, and garnish with cucumber.

5. La Paloma 

Ingredients: 

2 ounces tequila, 1 ounce grapefruit juice, 1 ounce orange juice, 1.5 ounces grapefruit jarritos, Splash lime juice.

Directions: 

Fill glass with ice, combine juices and jarrito, stir, present tequila separately, and pour to mix.

6. Strawberry Orange Fizz

Ingredients: 

1 strawberry, 1 slice of orange, Mint, Splash of non-alcoholic champagne, Dash of simple syrup.

Directions: 

Muddle strawberry, orange, and mint, add syrup, shake with non-alcoholic champagne, and garnish with mint.

7. Pineapple Mezcal

Ingredients: 

2 ounces mezcal, 1 ounce honey syrup, 1/2 ounce triple sec, 1 ounce fresh lime juice, Splash pineapple juice.

Directions: 

Combine ingredients, shake with ice, and strain into glass.

8. Strawberry Rose Cooler

Ingredients: 

2 ounces non-alcoholic gin, 1 ounce rose water, 1/2 ounce strawberry syrup, 1 ounce agave nectar, Cucumber.

Directions: 

Combine ingredients, shake, strain over ice, and garnish with cucumber.

9. Ginger Sage Prosecco 

Ingredients: 

1 bottle of prosecco, 1 tablespoon simple syrup, 1 cup honey, 3 cups water, 2 pears diced, 1 large ginger piece diced, 20 fresh sage leaves.

Directions: 

Boil honey and water, add pears, ginger, sage, simmer, strain, mix with prosecco, and garnish with sage.

10. Sparkling Peach Fizz

Ingredients: 

1 ounce non-alcoholic bourbon, 2 dashes peach bitters, 1 ounce peach syrup, Sparkling apple cider.

Directions: 

Shake ingredients with ice, strain into glass, and top with sparkling apple cider.
