1. Goat cheese pizza

This super easy and healthy snack will satisfy any pizza craving. It only contains 230 calories and 7 grams of fat per serving!

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat pita
  • 1-ounce goat cheese
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil

Directions:

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees
  • Place the pita on a baking sheet
  • Top with goat cheese, tomatoes, and basil
  • Bake for ten minutes until the cheese is melted
2. Hummus tortilla pizza

2. HUMMUS TORTILLA PIZZA

This creative pizza features hummus, fresh vegetables, and cheese. Each tortilla pizza contains 260 calories with 11 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein.

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup roasted bell pepper hummus
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon each dried basil and oregano
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 sliced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tortillas
  • ½ cup arugula

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • In a small skillet add ½ teaspoon olive oil over medium heat
  • Add the bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms
  • Saute the vegetables for five minutes
  • Mix all ingredients for pizza sauce together in a bowl, including hummus, tomato sauce, onion powder, basil and oregano
  • Spread the sauce onto four tortillas
  • Top the tortillas with cooked vegetables and shredded cheese
  • Bake the tortilla pizzas directly on the oven rack for 15 minutes, or until the tortillas have browned and the cheese has melted
  • Sprinkle with arugula before serving

This ultra quick, healthy pizza is tasty, too — and it only contains 340 calories per serving.

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole wheat naan breads
  • 3 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 1 cooked shredded skinless chicken breast
  • 2 canned artichoke hearts chopped
  • 2 tablespoons kalamata olives
  • ¼ cup grated Romano cheese
  • 6 shredded basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Place two pieces of naan on a baking sheet
  • Spread 1 ½ tablespoons basil pesto on each naan
  • Divide the chicken, artichoke hearts, olives and cheese between the two naan breads
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for ten minutes
  • Sprinkle the basil and parsley over top

  • One lavash flatbread
  • Olive oil spray
  • 3 tablespoons marinara sauce
  • 2 ounces reduced fat shredded mozzarella
  • Pinch of dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 450
  • Spray the lavash with oil and then top with the marinara sauce
  • Top with cheese and oregano
  • Then bake until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes
  • Remove from oven and top with fresh basil
  • Cut into 4 pieces
