1. Don’t eat processed foods

Processed foods actually make you crave more food than your body needs. If you can’t pronounce the ingredients on the label, don’t eat it.

2. Cut back on alcohol

Alcohol all around is terrible for you. Not only are alcoholic drinks high in calories, but they also dehydrate you and make it easier to binge eat.

3. Up fiber intake

Don’t ditch all carbs. Instead, increase your fiber intake by eating complex carbohydrates. It’ll help you feel fuller for longer.

4. Eat consistently throughout the day

Eating smaller meals and snacks consistently throughout the day keeps your metabolism running steadily, meaning it burns calories at a steady pace. You should avoid eating larger meals since they’ll only slow down your metabolism.

5. De-bloat

To de-bloat and look and feel tighter, drink lots of water with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar added to it. You should also stick with water-based produce like cucumbers, spinach, and asparagus. Up your potassium intake, too, with bananas and oranges.

6. Drink more water

When it comes to dropping water weight, water is your best friend. This is because cells retain water when they don’t have enough of it. Aim to drink two-to-three liters of water per day to stay hydrated.

7. Consume more protein

Eating a healthy, protein-rich breakfast will fill you up and discourage you from mindlessly snacking.

8. Switch it up

When you eat the same foods every day, your body uses less energy to metabolize them. You should eat different fruits and vegetables, seek out new seasonings, and try cooking new dishes.

9. Work out more

Make sure you’re combining cardio with strength training every week. Interval cardio helps you burn more calories and fat. Exercise at least five days a week.
