Summer’s here, and that means spending a lot of time at the beach.

But this also means you gotta stay beach-ready. Here's a great bikini-body workout that takes just 10 minutes.

Summer-sexy workout (part 1)

Time: 5 minutes (two sets)

You’ll need a set of three- and five-pound dumbbells as well as a mat.

1. Matrix

  • Stand with your feet together
  • Lower your body into a close squat position
  • Kick your left leg ahead of you as you ball your fists and press them to your side
  • Lower your left leg and move it to your left side
  • Do a wide squat
  • Return to center
  • Repeat these steps with your right leg
  • Complete 30 reps

2. Hip Shifter

  • Stand with your feet together
  • Pick up your three-pound dumbbells and hold them near the sides of your face
  • Drop low
  • Lift your left leg up and to the side
  • Complete 30 reps with your left leg
  • Switch to your right leg and complete 30 reps on that side

3. Bent Dumbbell Fly

  • Stand with your feet together
  • Bend forward
  • Bring your dumbbells in front of your knees
  • Roll your shoulders rolled back
  • Lift your arms all the way up your sides
  • Release them down
  • Do 30 reps

Summer-sexy workout (part 2)

Time: 5 minutes (one set)

1. Basic Fly–Core Combo

  • Lie on your back, knees bent and feet on the floor
  • Take up your dumbbells
  • Extend your arms, dumbbells directly over your chest
  • Draw in your abs
  • Raise your knees 90 degrees, feet off the floor
  • Open and close your arms as you hold the dumbbells
  • Do 30 reps

2. Lifted Bicycle

  • Remain on your back, knees bent and feet on the ground
  • Lift your shoulders off the floor
  • Extend your arms and move them near your knees
  • Bring your knees to your chest
  • Extend your left leg, then your right
  • Do 30 reps

3. Core Leg Drop

  • Remain in the Lifted Bicycle position
  • Bring your legs over you
  • Drop one leg to the floor
  • Raise it again
  • Alternate legs
  • Do 30 reps for each leg

There you have it! A complete summer vacation workout that takes just 10 minutes. It tones your entire body — and fast!
