This lighter pumpkin spice latte is made with stevia and nonfat milk to cut back on calories and sugar.


  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 4 drops vanilla creme stevia
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch each of nutmeg and ginger
  • 3/4 cup extra strong coffee


  • In a small pot, add the milk and pumpkin
  • Heat over medium-low heat, constantly stirring with a whisk until it begins to simmer
