7. Shower using lukewarm water

Showering using hot water strips the skin of its natural oils, resulting in dry, itchy skin. That's why you should only bathe using lukewarm or cold water, which results in tighter pores and suppler skin.

8. Stick with a routine

To maintain beautiful skin, it's vital that you commit to a routine. That means always wearing SPF 50 or higher, applying a moisturizer at night, sleeping with a humidifier in your bedroom, and showering using lukewarm water.
