Dr. Kirby’s 3 Skin Fitness Tips for the Holidays

One of the nation’s leading dermatologists and the Medical Director of LaserAway, Dr. Will Kirby, is here to share his three skin fitness tips for the holidays:

1. Baby oil in the bathtub

Run a warm bath and place four ounces of baby oil in the bathtub. Then submerge your body and stay in there for 15 minutes. Do this every other day for a week. At the end of the week, your skin will be much smoother than when you started.

2. Vaseline in pajamas

Remove all your clothes and whip out a tub of vaseline. Rub it all over your body from head to toe. When you get a good thick coat, put on pajamas and go to bed for the night. If you do this just one time, you’ll wake up to ultra-luxurious skin. You won’t even believe it!

3. Humidifier in the bedroom

Buy a humidifier and place it in your bedroom. It should be right next to your bed. Crank the humidifier up on full blast and run it all night long. The humidifier will increase the humectancy in the air, leaving you with super soft and hydrated skin when you wake up in the morning.

The above three methods of maintaining optimal skin fitness this winter are inexpensive and readily available. As you follow these tips regularly, your skin will become noticeably smoother, softer, and more supple.
